How to Pay Your Annual Assessment

Annual Assessments fund the operational expenses and reserves of your Homeowners Association. They help us keep the lights on, the common areas maintained, pay for the services provided to homeowners, and ensure the association can address longer term repairs and upkeep.

Each year on January 1st, Homeowner Assessments are posted to your account and your current balance is viewable within TownSq. Payments are typically due by the end of January at the end of each calendar year and are likely not included in your mortgage escrow account. It is important that you pay your assessment on time to avoid late fees, interest, and legal action.

For the 2026 Assessment, the Board approved a special deadline extension of February 28, 2026. Payments must be received by February 28, 2026 to avoid accruing late fees and interest.

There are three primary ways you can pay your assessment:

  1. Mail a check to the address below
  2. Pay by ACH/eCheck from your bank account via TownSq (adds a $1.50 convenience fee)
  3. Pay by Credit Card via TownSq (adds a 3.74% convenience fee)

To save out of pocket costs and avoid convenience fees, the Board recommends homeowners consider using their bank's bill payment service to send a cashier's check to the address below. Remember that your payment must be received before the February 28, 2026 deadline.
