Architectural

Do I need approval for exterior modifications?
Yes. All exterior modifications or improvements require approval through the Association’s Architectural Control process. Please submit an Architectural Request before beginning any work.

Where can I find the Architectural Request form?
The form is available in TownSq.

  • Log in to your community portal
  • Select “Architectural Review”
  • Click “Submit Project”
  • Complete the form and upload any supporting documents or photos

You can also track your request status in real time through TownSq.

How long does approval take?
Applications are reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). A decision may take up to 30 days from submission. To avoid delays, please include complete details with your request.

How can I check my application status?
Log in to TownSq and select your project to view updates. If you have not received a response after 20 days, please submit a request in TownSq or email HRSHMManager@Goodwintx.com.


Board Meetings

When are Board meetings held?
Meeting dates and times are posted in the News & Events section of TownSq and emailed to registered users in advance.

Where can I find meeting minutes?
Meeting minutes are available in the Documents section of TownSq.


Common Area Maintenance

What does the Association maintain?
The Association maintains common areas. Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their property and keeping the community clean.

How do I report a maintenance issue?
Submit a request through TownSq, including photos and detailed information. You can track the status of your request within the system.

Trash & Utilities

  • Trash and bulk pickup schedules: Contact your provider or check TownSq for updates
  • Utilities (electric, gas, water, trash): Homeowners are responsible for setting up service

I received a violation notice—what should I do?
The first notice is typically a courtesy notice. For questions, contact:

Leasing

  • Minimum lease: 6 months
  • Entire home must be leased
  • No short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
  • Owners remain responsible for tenants

Pets

  • Up to 3 household pets per home
  • No livestock or commercial breeding
  • Pets must be contained or leashed

Parking

  • Standard vehicles only in driveways
  • No parking on grass
  • RVs/boats limited to short-term (48 hours)
  • No vehicle repairs in driveways
